The Character Council lends it educational tools to schools, civic organizations and businesses throughout the country, stressing the importance of individual character development.  Character qualities like Sincerity, Responsibility, Tolerance, Patience, Honor and Initiative are taught to be used as practical applications.

IHM uses these educational tools in our training, mentoring, marketing and daily operations. Each month we focus on a different character quality and how it pertains to our company vision and individual pursuits of success. We feel that by leading by example and informing our employees and clients about character development, we can improve upon our service and enrich the lives of those around us.
